The ICEBAR is built from 50 tons of natural frozen Torne river ice and gives you a glimpse into the enchanting world of arctic winter in an urban setting.
The menu in The ICEBAR consists of custom designed drinks. The challenge of making the bar menu in The ICEBAR is in the cold environment, which reduces all tastes.
Monica Berg, our eminent bar manager and one of Norway's best bartenders, have worked hard to reach the widest possible taste spectrum. All of the drinks have name inspired by this year's theme NAUTILUS.
